I obtained my Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Marys University of MN. I offer counseling services for individuals, couples and families in the Twin Cities area. .
I work with a broad spectrum of clients, including those seeking help with the impact chemical dependency has had on themselves and their relationships. I also enjoy working with clients looking for help building self-esteem, managing their anxiety, or simply improving their communication skills. I work with couples and families who are looking for ways to rekindle their relationship, strengthen their bond, or looking for assistance in areas of rebuilding trust, opening up communication, and dealing with a variety of the challenges that couples and families face.
